Oct 20, 2022 · Depends what you mean by "lightweight". AFAIK Slint is the only high level Rust (more than 2D drawing primitives) GUI library targeting microcontrollers.

Good job on the licensing here. AGPL for the server software, GPL for the client software, but a permissive, Rust ecosystem friendly license for the GUI library.

No Rust UI library is really ready for big consumer facing projects. That’s because it takes a massive amount of effort and time from many highly skilled programmers to develop.
